Is it normal to be afraid of walking in open spaces. and to look up an the sky?

Sometimes when I'm in an open space I feel dizzy and like I have to run to something with a ceiling. So I have to crouch down low to maintain my balance, its almost like I feel there's no gravity or something.

Who gave him thumbs down, Whoever it was your an ass, I don't even know how to do that. Ignore these losers, anyway no, I don't get nausea but I feel afraid to look up, and I have been on clonapin, for 5 years and I think that might have something to do with it, but my doctor said "no it's not the clonopin. it's you. I just don't know anymore.

I have the same fears but because of other reasons.... Reasons, that scientifically speaking, are highly unlikely to occur. Also, like myself, you may have vertigo.

Lots of things can make it come on suddenly. You said that you were on medication earlier in this thread, This is probably the cause of your vertigo.

^^^ You can try this. There are other treatments that exist but with this you can do it yourself and it shouldn't cost you any money.
