I'm an atheist, but I've enjoyed some of the sermons I've sat through whenever I've visited my friends at church. I've also enjoyed reading some sermons by religious figures.
I don't need some hack in church telling me what to believe. Most of those preachers are more full of sin and vices than me.
Everybody has sins they struggle with. But I'm not surprised you feel that way. God resists the proud and pulls near the humble. Pride comes before the fall and you seem full of it.
If you read the bible it's clear how we should act. I hate ministers who collect money and live high on the hog when they are supposed to give to the poor. Also I think most preachers are far too prideful cause they act like they know everything. The bible says those like a child are closest to God.
