I'm not so much annoyed by people who just do it. But the ones who do it while you're talking to them. Or, I was talking to this one guy not long ago, and he was chomping away, an when I started to leave he reached out to shake my hand. I just said "Nope" before I walked away.
Is normal to don't want to give someone who was biting their nails a handshake or something like that, however most of people who bite their nails do this to control anxiety.
Nail biting scares me because all that grime stuck under their nails bacteria and all is now in their mouths. That thought alone really makes me uneasy but it's a habit they usually can't help
tbh i have a really bad habit of that and there's times where i often don't even realise I'm doing it until someone points it out. it's a really hard habit to kick
I’ll be talking to tables and subconsciously start cracking my knuckles and people will look at my hands and I nervously stop. Lol.
