Is it normal to be disgusted by children and they parents?

Children are loud, dirty, do stupid stuff and their parents are overstressed and nervous. They think that for others their kids are value (asking for way too big goverment support for kids paid by taxpayers, it makes me angry.).

    your taxes are going to keep them out of your hair. so they dont rome the streets stealing your food , breaking in your house while you are working . you know the drill. you are not so stupid you cant figure it out,
