Is it normal to be inspired by cartoons?
I've always loved cartoons ever since I was a kid. Now that I am 24, I STILL love cartoons. I even am going to try to become an animator one day.
Cartoons inspire me from how I act to what I want to accomplish in life.
For example, my dream job is to be an animator, but I would also love to just work with clever creative people who make cartoons, where I am a voice actor or some kind of developer.
Cartoons also inspire me to do things I wouldn't normally do a while back. SpongeBob SquarePants taught me how to laugh at life and enjoy simple silly pleasures. Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony taught me to be forgiving and try not to worry about the future, and so on...
Cartoons also inspire me to keep drawing the wacky silly things I do. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have any inspiration to keep at my artistic hobbies.
I also think that they are very influential on us as a whole, as Kyle from South Park said. Cartoons have had a big impact on everybody's life. Isn't that what makes them real? Haven't bugs bunny or other cartoons you have seen had more of an influence on you than anyone standing around you at this moment? To me, personally, they have. And for that, I am truly grateful
