Is it normal to be sad all the time

I feel depressed 24/7. I don't know if it's my relationship causing me sadness or my mental health. Basically everyone in my family is clinically depressed and I think I might be too. I wanna go to a specialist and see what they have to say but I have such bad anxiety and I can't open up to people. I feel like my boyfriend isn't in love with me anymore. But I'm also unsure if I'm just being an insecure mess as usual. I really don't know what to do.

Try some autohypnosis from Edgar Cayce! In youtube there s one about aboundance, with his method, I like his methods and it worked on me years ago to go out a breakdown. Eliminate people from your life who make you unconfortable and try to hang out in nature to relax and reflect and love yourself. Sometimes you Just have to choose to be okay. For my point of you the thought of going to therapy is already giving a negative feeling, i believe in self healing techniques and Powers within. Believe in you

  • I suffer from depression too. Therapy helped me. Perhaps you should see a psychiatrist and a therapist.
