Is it normal to be scared and don't know how to change your lip piercing ?

IS it normal that i don't know how to and am scared to change my lip piercing by myself ?. I pierced my lip , obviously by a professional MONTHS ago ,so she had put a medical piercing on my lip , and told me to change it after a couple of months ,So after a couple of months i removed the medical piercing and TRIED to put another one , yet i failed as it didn't get inside the hole in my mouth ! so my younger sister(who has piercings) changed it for me to another medical piercing , and now it's time for me to put the final piercing (non medical one ) yet i am scared to remove the medical one , scared that i wont know how to put the final one and the hole will close ,then i wont have my lip pierced anymore .

    I never had that much trouble with mine, except that I got it pierced with a captive ball and had to go to the shop to get it changed the first time cause he put it on so tight.

    It might take a little probing around to line it up, but if you use a mirror I've never found it that difficult to change out my lip ring.

    it's normal to be worried about changing it but seriously just go for it, it will be over before you know it, and the more you change it the more you will get used to changing it and then it will be easy. speaking from experience here :)

      also theres no way that i will close as soon as you take it out, you'll be fine

    If you go to a piercing place to buy new piercings, they'll put it in for you if you ask.

      I pierced my lips in another country (not in my country) in my country there isn't a place for body piercing , except the ears .
