Is it normal to be scared of random people?

I`ll be walking around in a random area, when suddenly I find a certain person that I decide I`m scared of. I spend the rest of the time in that area away from the certain person. There`s no reason why I`m scared of them. I just am. Is this normal?

    Do you randomly walk around some random area and get scared of some random person often, or is it a random occurrence?

    It's not normal, but it does happen to people. You may have had some sort of traumatic experience in your past that has made you afraid of people or strangers. This is a phobia that is best managed by a medical professional. Seek out some help and get to the bottom of this before it makes you a social cripple...seriously.
