I just had a panic attack because i just witnessed my father threatning my mom that he would hurt her. Everytime that he is angry, i just want to leave the house. He has always been like this and im getting more frightened everyday. Im scared that one day he would just snap and hurt us.

    My first memory of my father was him kicking me around his allotment for not digging potatoes properly, I was 4. He died when I was 15, I wish he'd lived a bit longer so that I could've kicked the sh1t out of him.

        You should anyways. Talking leads to ideas which leads to finding a solution. You need to talk to her and figure out what’s the best for the both of you.

    Its never normal for a child to be afraid of their parents. Your father shouldn't be threatening anyone in your family, and if this really gets out of hand please don't hesitate to call child protection services. This aint right.
