Is it normal to be sleep all the time regardless of how much sleep i get
So no matter what I always feel tired. I remember being a kid and going to sleep at like 9:30 - 10:00 and waking up at about 7:30 - 8:00 and being fine.
It might be the fact that ever since high school I've been staying up later, waking up earlier, and sometimes skipping sleep all together as well as working night shift. I rarely see sunlight and I have heard that that isn't healthy.
Also something weird going on with my sleep is if I set my alarm I usually end up waking up before it, but if I don't I tend to sleep for 12 hours.
My eyes always feel heavy and I can almost always go to sleep. I can't take naps though because whenever I fall asleep I need hours and hours otherwise I just feel like shit, even if I wake up after an eight hour sleep.
