Is it normal to be so flexible?

When I was four, I had my spinal cord tethered, and now I am really flexible, and I mean really. I can roll from a backbend into a chin stand, go from a front walkover straight into the splits, put my feet behind my head, and my back bends to the point of people asking me if I have a spine. I think I can also dislocate both my shoulders whenever I want with no pain, and move my clasped hands from in front of my belly to my butt without letting go, and vice versa. I have only had one surgery.

Wow; how long can you keep your legs/feet behind your head?

Hey, let's do a quick test?
Do a backbend and grab your ankles. You should kinda look like a donut now. Tell me when you're ready so that we can commence with the test, okay?

I hope you realize that it took you 1 day and 17 hours to respond to my initial reply?

Wait, you had it tethered? What does that mean when applied to someone's spine?

Normally, peoples spinal cord is attached to nerves at the base of the spinal column by a stretchy tendon. Mine was short and fat, and instead of that stretching, the nerves stretched. So they severed the tendon.
