Is it normal to be very scared of your balls inside your sack getting swapped

I've heard when this happens it is pretty bad. Sometimes I just don't know if thne balls are in the right place, but i just do not make nothing, because they get in their place normally.

    They are connected so they cannot switch place. They would just return to their natural position.
