Is it normal to be weight conscious all the time?

For the past years I am obese. Then this year, I am now back to normal weight but become skinny. But I'm afraid of eating too much always and my family persuade me to eat because I'm too thin. I just don't want to be judged by people that I'm fat. I don't want to be skinny either. I want to be bulky and muscular. So any tips!

    Eat properly and exercise, lift weights and you won't have a problem. It's pretty simple really..

    Calculate your fitness once in a month by :
    F = H/10 - W/5
    Where H is height in cm and W is weight in kg. F is between 3 and 7 for healthy bodies.

    A whole industry preys on people just like you. I am a body positive person. Any shape and size is right to me. Consider that mindset.

    This is normal. If you want muscle, lean protein and weight exercises will usually work.
