Is it normal to breathe heavy when you blast your music through headphones?

I listen to EDM and melodic dubstep as well as some Gorillaz songs and a couple of pop songs but no matter what the song is that I listen to, if the music is a bit loud my breathing gets all weird and shit. I do heavy mouth breathing and I can't tell if the people around for thinking I'm crazy. For example, if I'm in the car and listening to DJ Snake or some shit my breathing gets out of whack and I'm like "How do I breathe like a normal person? Nobody else seems to notice but it feels like my chest wants to cave in and implode everywhere. IIN?

Not really, I'd just be looking out the window and the music gets loud and my chest flips the fuck out. Don't get it.

Seriously, though I love that song by him, I can't sit still listening to it :) but I know what you mean, I get self conscious listening to music in case I start breathing really heavily, sometimes I try and over regulate my breathing which makes me kind of out if breath haha, also on a different note I get worried that I'm humming without realising it or saying the odd line etcnif I'm really into it
