Is it normal to cancel christmas for stepson because he isn't being perfect enough?

I want him to be perfect at everything and never need help understanding anything ,it is the end of the world for him. He also lies or refuses to answer my questions whenever I interrogate him about why he got 3 needs improvements and the rest excellent. I need ways to get him to talk so I know what his mom is doing 24/7.

He is not getting anything for Christmas because his behavior color wheel wasn't excellent every day. He also isn't completely coloring the lines. His mother wants to get full custody of him which is wrong because she is permissive. She is mad I told him he needs to diet because he is getting fat.He also keeps walking like I do and calling himslef stupid and calling everyone else stupid..He needs treated like he is in prison so he doesn't end up in prison. I demand excellance what is wrong with that?

Intriguing philosophical question: can an idiot recognize "excellance" when he sees it?

Either a poor troll, or a poor excuse for a father.

Judging by the shitty grammar and spelling I’d say you’re not perfect yourself. So my vote is no, it’s not normal.

Sounds like you're the stepson trying to justify not being 'excellant' XD

If this isn't a troll, then this is disgusting and you sound like an awful parent. Nobody can be perfect, and so punishing your child for it is extremely unfair. It's clear that he's starting to have self-esteem issues if he's calling himself stupid, and it sounds like it's your fault because you "demand excellence". This is a damaging attitude for him, so please take a look at how you're treating him.
This is exactly how my (emotionally abusive) mother treated me, and I've refused to contact her since I was 14. Don't be surprised if he decides to do the same someday.

If this serious the kid is going to hate your guts if he doesn't already. I saw a dad do this to his son and as soon as he turned 16 he told his father to fuck off and he moved in with a bunch of his friends. His father went to get him and you can imagine how that turned out. The police couldn't and wouldn't do anything.

If this isn't a joke then your a horrible parent. Not all kids are going to be perfect and when they mess up you can't just cancel Christmas, which by the way is probably a day your stepson has been looking forward to all year. You need to set more reasonable punishments like someone else mentioned grounding him etc; but don't take away a special day for him like Christmas, it's not the right thing to do and he will probably hate you, I would if my parents did that to me.

Without even reading your post - I want to say YOU ARE A FUCKIN ASSHOLE.How dare you crush a kids vision of the holidays. You can spank him, ground him, take away the game console, take away phone if he has one. ALL KINDS OF SHIT, BUT YOU DO NOT CRUSH A KIDS SPIRIT LIKE THAT. HE WILL HATE YOU FOR A LONG TIME. Why don't you ask your spouse what they want to do. I remember having a Christmas "canceled" in our family. We were getting teased and screwed with in grade school. You need your ads beat and an attitude adjustment. Have you ever "BEEN PERFECT" ? THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT KID.
