Is it normal to crack/pop my joints so much?

I frequently pop my knuckles, neck, spine, and ankles. I'm so used to it, it's hard to just stop. I've looked up if it's safe and I see conflicting answers. Maybe I'll learn more here.

  • Harmless. Just be careful with your neck and spine, they are easy to sprain.

    Yeah I've sprained my neck a lot even this once I was at a birthday party and I was just in a terrible mood because of my stiff neck.. It's all good now.. Just avoid it as much as posible

    it'll stiffen your joints as you grow older..
