Is it normal to do this when i'm menstruating?

When I'm bleeding, I tend to wrap 2-3 pantiliers around the middle part of my panties and I place a pad over them. Recently I even placed another pantilier on top of the pad. Does anyone else do this?

      I tried to just put a pad in my panties before but I tended to still get blood on them.

            Then go to a doctor because to bleed that much is not healthy

              I tend to bleed heavy for 1-2 days then it lightens up. One time though I had to go on BC because the bleeding lasted for over a week. But I do understand where you're coming from.

    Why not just use a tampon, or do you enjoy pads for some reason?

      I do like pads. I never tried using a tampon and I don't really like the idea of inserting something (a foreign body) up my genitals.

    I used to do something similar. Now on really heavy days I just wear both a tampon and a pad.

      Try a belt PLUS suspenders, like the firemen wear. If that doesn't do it, hippo diapers available at the zoo.

        You fool! There's no belt big enough in this world to hold a hippo diaper up...unless it's a hippo belt! But where will I find such a miracle? At the zoo? In the center of that tornado in front of us? Look at that pink tornado. Look at it dangle...making fun of me! I couldn't save Christmas for those disabled kittens. I'm sorry but Walmart had too good of a sale that day. Damn you, corporate retail monster!
