Is it normal to eat drywall?

I'm addicting to eating drywall. I eat at least a dime size a day. I can't help myself, it's just so good. I don't understand why I love it's taste and texture. What I really want to know is, is it okay to eat as much as I do? Is it fatal? This might seem like a stupid question, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

This question comes up all the time. I never knew Pica was so common.

Pica is generally the craving of non food items.

Your body is out of balance and you should seek medical advice.

Geez people, don't be so harsh. Someone can't help it if they have this problem, it's a legitimate condition. Sometimes it's even to get some nutrient the body isn't getting.. That's why pregnant women sometimes eat dirt :p

Lots of people love chalky, gritty textures. That isn't to surprising that you like it.
It's not good for you, so I'd certainly limit your intake as it can clump together and cause problems.
