Is it normal to fantasize about teacher? special circumstances...

My sister tells me that she fantasizes about her teacher, whom I also had as a teacher. He is about 30 now, whereas she is only 16. I understand why she would have a "crush" on him, although I do remember him to be sarcastic and intimidating at times. 16 is the age of consent in our state, but this man is 14 years older than she. He is moving to Germany for two years in just one month, so my sister's excitement and agitation have risen; she may never see this man again and since he will no longer be teaching at her school, which would now make him just like any other man (not specifically a teacher). I do not know if this is normal, seeing as I currently have a crush on one of my professors as well. What should she do? Is it normal to fantasize frequently and feel a strong urge to act on your emotions?

    It is totally normal to fancy your teacher. With all those hormones flying around. Actually I'm 28 and I've still gone through a stage of fancying almost everyone I've worked with at some point!

    Despite the age and legal issues...it is illegal here for a teacher to sleep with a student...regardless of age.
