when i swallow a pill theres a 1/10 chance ill go through a fit of pain and trouble breathing that lasts at least thirty minutes.
Maybe you should go to an elite university and ask a "medical scientist" his opinion.
And it's beyond you abilities to crush them up and put them in a liquid and drink them?
theyre in little capsules so i cant just open them and drink them with liquid. trust me, ive tried. the capsules are almost impossible to break, let alone break with minimal mess. plus, im sure they put them in capsules for a reason. it probably is hard to get down otherwise. i wasnt asking for a solution i was asking if its normal. i have plenty of solutions to try if i feel like it's come to that point. i just wanted to know if this is something others expierence is all. thanks for trying to help.
