Is it normal to feel light rectum pain a couple of times/day?

I've been on antibiotics for 7 days, almost no activity, stress and not much food, and also a bit constipated, i'm now experiencing light, 1-2 sec anal/rectum pain or cramps during the day. No abdominal pain, no diarheea, no blood; when i walk or poop there is no pain, the stool is preety hard due to antibiotics.

    Cramps of the rectum are usually caused ny not gettimg enough magnesium in your diet.
