Is it normal to feel sick & lethargic 24 hours after a starbucks coffee?

I guess I am wondering if you can experience withdrawal symptoms after just one of their coffees.

Once while on a roadtrip, I stopped at a Starbucks and got an iced coffee. Back on the road I sucked it down pretty quick but wanted more so I immediately stopped at a McDonalds and got an iced coffee. I honestly tasted no difference. The only difference was the price.

In all honesty, McDonalds does a decent cup of drip too (their fake creamer sucks though; just do black coffee there).

True that. I get iced lattes when I'm out and they are nothing special from starbucks. The local place by my house is superior so I usually go there, and they have my favorite flavor that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Some people don't want to deal with Comcast with their $100 modem instillation fees.

Caffeine IS a drug. A very addictive one. And it does have physical withdrawl symptoms. Many people get headaches and raised blood pressure and irritability from not getting their daily coffee fix. So it wouldn't suprise me if you had a similar experience.
