Is it normal to feel the univeristy is stealing your grades

So , why when I completely positive i will get an A i get A- , A i get a B+ , its always lower than i expected by a grade wtf ?! , what made me sure theres something happening is my friend who completely knows nothing he sits at the oral exams saying nothing , and he get higher than me , does they steal your grades and give it to students with bad grades ?..does he cheat ? Will he is with me in the room and its very strict u can't cheat , do they have the exam before ? , thats the question see i study from the book and from lectures everything , yet 40% from the exam is not from it, and they r out like damn the exam was easy , while they r completely clueless in oral exams , someone explain this

    If this is happening maybe you're just not as smart as you think you are. Can you discuss this with a tutor who could point out where you could lift your game?

    Apart from oral exams, your written english could do with a lot of improvement so maybe that's a factor too
