Is it normal to feel weird using hygiene products?

I am sensitive to all hygiene products. Whenever I put even a dot of lotion on my face, I start twitching and it doesn't feel relaxing. Just DISGUSTING. I can`t wear lip stuff because it feels greasy and weird. I can't even use toothpaste because it tastes really fake so I have to use baking soda. Is it normal?

I think all of this artificial crap can be VERY unappealing.
We just don't really need those.
    Our bodies know better.

As someone who doesn't use deodorant, body soap, shampoo, toothpaste, or any other chemical on their body, I support this comment as well as the original post.

Except toothpaste the other things aren't hygiene products. But if you don't like the other things just don't use them? Where I live the winter is very dry so I use lotion and lip balm all the time and it doesn't bother me. I thought this was going to be about soap and shampoo.
