Is it normal to find it weird to look people straight in the eye when talking?

I don't know but like even sometimes with my best friends it just feels weird to look in their eyes when I talk to them. I don't exactly know what I look at but sometimes when someone looks at me I like look away because they look straight into my eyes and I swear I get some like feeling in me that just....I don't even know how to explain it. Especially with guys. I find it hard to go up to a guy and talk to them because I'm afraid that if I look them in the eye someone happens to me that I can't explain in words! Is this normal? Any advice?

    I've noticed that if you focus on something on there face, ex)nose forehead lips etc, they can't tell if you're looking in their eyes! And your not as uncomfortable ;)

    I hate looking in most peoples eyes. It's awkward and it freaks me out. I feel like they can stare into my soul and read my mind:/

      I feel that way too!! I feel so awkward, so I look at something else on their face, or behind them. But I think people might notice... Because sometimes I look away a lot during conversations.

    I don't usually like looking people in the eye myself just a certain level of uncomfortability.

    I have a hard time looking at people when talking to them. Although I'm facing the person, I never can Look directly at them. I feel like if I look at them I cant concentrate on what Im saying. I dont useally realize Im doing this until after the conversations is over and than I wonder if they noticed it, or if they think Im lieing about whatever it is Im talking about cause I'm avoiding eye contact.
