Is it normal to get a head ache and light headed after a workout?
Everytime I go to the gym to work out I get horrible head aches and dizzyness for an hour afterwards. I don't think it's dehydration because I drink 3-4 bottles a day and 1 while I'm excersising. Should I see a doctor or am I concerned over nothing? I should probably also state that I do brazilian Jujitsu during that time, so if anyone has experience with that they may be able to contribute insight.
