Is it normal to get a pleasant feeling in my scalp whenever someone does a favor?

Sometimes, when a person does me a small favor or is otherwise kind to me in a situation in which I wouldn't expect that, I get a pleasant, fuzzy sensation in my scalp, which sometimes goes down along my spine. If I even so much as remember a time when someone has done something nice for me, it will sometimes trigger these sensations in my scalp.
