Is it normal to get anxious when teachers walk around the classroom?

Whenever I'm in class and everyone is working, and a teacher begins to walk around the room, it feels as though it gets harder to breathe, the closer they get to me. I get the chills and I can't stand if they're behind me because I feel I'm being stared and laughed at. Is this anxiety?
