It's not straight from the tap, in Mexico? Strange indeed.
Presumably it's not the water; it's you.
How much water are you drinking? If you're constantly thirsty, it may be a sign of diabetes, for which you should consult a doctor.
How much water are you drinking? You should have no more than half your body weight in ounces. So if you weight 140 pounds you should have no more than 70 ounces of water per day. You may have IBS. My mom has it and if she eats dairy she will be in the bathroom all day. It has to be something in the water, something else you are eating that is making your body do this or you are getting too much water. Your doctor would be the best place to start.
I used to get diarrhea when I first started drinking a lot of water. I got my body used to the water by drinking two cups a day then gradually increased over the course of a month to four, then six, then 8, etc.
Gosh I think you might be right. I went from drinking like 2 cups a day to drinking 20.... Sooo I might want to take it down a notch.
Why on earth are you drinking so much water? That isn't healthy, it has to be putting a strain on your kidneys as well as your bowels and not leaving enough room for food
It's a "diet trick". You drink so much water that you don't HAVE enough room for food.
Also apparently I heard that was good for you to drink a gallon of water a day
Please dont do that to yourself. It sounds like the beginning of an eating disorder. Starving yourself like that will make you sick. It will damage your body in many ways. I used to have an eating disorder where i starved myself, and the recovery was so hard. i was pale, weak, and malnourished. take it from someone who learned the hard way. if you want to lose weight the healthy way, eat good food and excersize.
Well I reckon that like a lot of diet "tricks" it's not healthy. Obviously our bodies need food as well as water and drinking so much water you can't fit in any food can't possibly be healthy. Not much point in losing weight if it's making you ill and you could permanently damage your body doing this
Where did you hear you should drink that much water? Personally I reckon that's a myth invented and promoted by the bottled water manufacturers
