Is it normal to get followed to have someone show up

Maybe one or two people who I was interested in seems to follow me or figure out where I work. I only had a former lover asked to visit me. Most the people I was interested in me seemed follow me either to the bathroom or maybe to my house or work.

      I literally got a piece of foil, colored it with a black sharpie, and then I superglued it to my selfie camera.😆 lol sorry, but hey if it works it works lol...
