Is it normal to get nauseous before period

This is the second cycle that I've gotten nauseous before my period, I'm 23 and obviously have had many menstrual cycles but have never felt nauseous before period, it's quite mood altering as everything I see is utterly disgusting.

    It's normal. I always lose my appetite when I'm on my period. It just happens sometimes.

    yea if you go on the pill sometimes they help with symptoms. but sometimes they make them worse for some people. D:
    Try drinking 7up or sprite when your about to get it and see if that settles your stomach at all? :/

    I wouldn't know. My dear friend Dick doesn't bleed once a month and I'm very greatful for it.

    i would go to your OGYN doctor describe your situation. Are you on any kind of birth control? I get very moody & cranky too.. Always wanting to eat chocolate anything sweet.. esp chocolate icing lol. Hope you feel better!
