Is it normal to get sudden debilitating abdominal cramps with no other symptoms

I feel like I'm going to pass out or throw up just from the pain of it, it's usually on the sides of the middle of my abdomen. It lasts maybe 5 minutes at a time, then goes away with no other symptoms, no diarrhea, no gas or anything. It doesn't seem to matter what I've eaten prior, it just happens randomly and only on occasion, maybe once every few months. IIN?

Get to a doctor and keep a diary of what you’ve eaten each day, then note when it occurs. The stomach is a complex organ, but what you’re experiencing isn’t normal.

      • Ok my first guess was wrong. Google gastroparesis, but don’t trust this for a diagnosis and don’t self-diagnose. See a doctor, what you are experiencing isn’t normal.
