Is it normal to get zits around my lips?

I get zits around my top lip (on my face) and they really hurt. Theyre small but a pain in the ass. It this normal?

    Go to the doctor. It could be nothing, but get it check

    I got the same thing after kissing my pet parakeets. But docters called it " Chirpeez."
