Well, is it?
I suffer from the constipation due to medication I have to take, so using a makeshift apparatus I funnel a pint of warm water into my anus so I can poop. I have to do it nearly every day.
Have you ever given yourself an enema?
Is it normalll?
I had to out of necessity but I found I liked it so I do it for fun here and there.
If you really need to do it then of course it's normal and no I've never given myself one.
Do you enjoy them? It's a fetish for some people and there are lots of other ways of preventing constipation if you really wanted to
Relying on laxatives or enemas can stop your bowels from functioning properly. It's really bad for you to do this daily in most circumstances, but I'm not sure how doctors usually treat constipation from opiates. If ask if I were you, otherwise you are going to permanently break your asshole and end up shitting in a bag.
Its not really good for you to do so often you should look at other solutions to your constipation issue.
There is this vegan girl on youtube who records herself giving herself coffee enemas. It doesnt show her asshole or anything like that. It is just funny to watch.....sometimes.. alone at night.
