Snooze button should not be a thing. When the alarm goes of, keep yourself from falling asleep again, for example by having lights on and listen to music. And alternatively consider putting the alarm for later. "Snoozing" only makes quality of sleep worse and puts you at risk of being late
i have the dingo flippin shit over squirrels on the bird feeder in the early mornin as an alarm clock
There's an alarm app that requires you to puzzles with a difficulty of your choosing to get turned off.
We all hate it but sometimes it has to be done to press that little guy.
I never understood tge snooze button. Getting extra sleep in 5 minutes untrrvals sounds like torture not help. If you struggle to get up just put your alarm on the other side of room. Yout ass has to wake up then. That's what I do so I don't risk missing work. Very efficient
Honestly I got to get in the habit of waking up at the same time because theres too many times where I overslept and wondered why my alarm didnt turn on only to discover I was one button press from activating the alarm.
I have a love-hate relationship with it. For me it has happened multiple times that even though snooze is activated on my phone it doesn't work so I fall back asleep. Or maybe I just sleep so heavily some mornings that I fall back asleep in a minute and keep turning off the snooze in my sleep...
It's definietly dangerous though, but if I really need to be on time I put my phone on the other side of the room. That way I am forced to get up to turn the alarm off.
I usually set my alarm 30 minutes before I have to get up, and it's probably better to get up when the alarm rings then as you don't get much out of 30 minutes interrupted sleep anyway... Easier said than done though, unless you're a morning person.
