    I feel ya man. I watch 2 or 3 shows a week at most. I gave up on TV many years ago. And the commercials are just too much. Half the time I'd forget what I was watching because there was so many gosh darn commercials.

    I got a reminder a few months ago of just how much time is wasted on ads. Ghostbusters was on and the movie itself is only an hour and 45 minutes but it had a 3 hour time slot on tv. Malarkey!!!

      Standard cable would be tolerable with out commercials like back in the bunny ear antenna days when it was free. Now people are paying for the service AND getting commercials. Nooooooooow, it's gotten so shit that ShowTime etc is buying them out and bundling them in with their services on "internet TV" Nobody wants their shit anymore. Alternative media is here to stay.     I dont have a TV...i threw it away the day i realized it was a waste of time and money, and that was over 10 years a go.
