Is it normal to have a 14 note voice range (without falsetto) as a teen male?

I'm a mid-pubescent male, and now that I'm slowly losing my nasally intonation... I'm realizing how limited my vocal range is, and singing excercises seem to have little effect... Is it normal?

This is probably temporary while you're still developing. I assume you mean 14-semitones, which is limited, but not unheard of. The average person's range is only about 1.5 octaves, or 18 semitones. Go easy on your voice while you're still going through puberty. Never force it. Of course, keep practicing to stay as nimble as you can. :)

Just reply to this if you have any specific questions. I might be able to help, as I'm also a singer.

A 14 note range isn't all that phenomenal and unless you're a really late bloomer you're too young to be here. Go away and leave the important discussions to the grown-ups.
