Is it normal to have a difficult time with public toilets?

Hi everybody, I find it difficult to pee or poop out my house specially in public places . I always feel as someone would open the door and if I need to poo I become so embarssed that others could hear my farting so it takes long time in public toilets to finsh
that's so embarssing
does anyone have the same problem or I am upnoraml
do you have some advices

    Logically, I don't understand the fear of something so normal and everyday that it literally is an every day occurrence. Yet I still go up to the toilets on the fifth floor because the labs up there are very sparsely populated at the moment and so the toilets never get used. I'd much sooner do my business alone than in company.

    YES i am the same way when it comes to number two! So afraid of someone hearing me. The only public toilet I can use is the one at my job and only when it's early in the morning and I'm the only one in the building. It's ridiculous I know, but I can't seem to over come this fear!

    I have been attacked while using a toilet i get scared if the setting is similar to where the attack occurred.

    i was pooing one day and the guy in the next cubicle was makeing a buisness call so i did a really loud fart lol.

    it was weird you shouldnt talk on the phone whilst pooing right?

    I just dont like that people dont flush toilets. I mean, what is so damn hard about using your foot to push down the lever?

      If it overflows,just walk out. I've done this when I was in high school. No body knew.....
