Is it normal to have a naked husband?

I am not a prude or anything, and am in my first year of marriage so I may not know, but my husband is completely nude after he showers in the morning while we are getting ready for work. He brushes his teeth/flosses, combs his hair, antiperspirant, ect. He will even answer the phone and have a conversation while totally naked.

In the evenings, for instance last Saturday he had showered from working in the yard and exercising, he just did not put anything on, went into the TV room and watch the news and a show completely naked. Then, he went go to bed nude. He stayed naked until we had to go to friends house Sunday afternoon. It is just the two of us, so it is not like I haven't seen him undressed but it is starting to get more and more frequent. I have always been more modest so Is this normal behavior for a guy?

    I believe that most men enjoy being naked around the house. When my wife and I were dating and then newlyweds, I was naked all the time at home -- but my wife was usually clothed because she's more comfortable that way. When we had kids, I stopped the nudity at home when they got above age 2, but I still slept naked. Now that we're empty-nesters, I'm naked EVERY morning until usually around 10:00 AM-ish (but sometimes I'll stay naked all day). I do the chores naked, etc. At night, I frequently watch TV or read naked. My wife, however, always stays clothed but enjoys me being naked and finds my erections during the day quite amusing. As a side note, me being naked is often a catalyst for us to have sex.

      I tend to agree that is nice having him nude, now that I am used to it. At first, I was amazed, but not amused, how often he would get erections during the day. Then, he explained that it was normal for a healthy man to have them even when he wasn't thinking about sex.

      This has lead us to have sex on several occasions and now my second pregnancy. He says when our first child, a girl, turns one year old he will stay dressed when he is not in the bedroom or bathroom which I am kind of disappointed about.

      Although I am not comfortable being nude around the house, I do love the feeling of his skin next to me even if I am in my pjs or t-shirt and panties.

    my wife has kept me fully naked everyday when we are at home even before we married she made me stay nude even after our daughters where born she kept me nude she also will not allow me to have any body hair so i shave everything daily and that's more than 20 years now my wife and daughters are always dressed so its only me naked i am so used it now it would feel odd to dress at home
    i say if you want your husband nude then keep him nude

      I'm not quite sure how to respond to that. I our situation, it is his decision to not be dressed. I don't make him do anything. In fact, the reason I asked the question is because he was the one being naked and I had never really experienced that. But if that is what he wants to do, its his decision on how he wants to be clothed or not around the house.

      I can only assume this is something you wanted or you would just say "no". After all you are the man of the house, so doesn't she have to, within reason, go by what you say? I would never dream of telling him to be undressed unless that is what he wanted.

    I don't know how old this thread is, but I just came across it. When my wife and I first got married, I would be naked periodically. Usually around morning, getting ready for work, and evenings/nights, when getting ready for bed, I'd be nude and sleep nude. When the evenings got colder, I started wearing warm lounge pants and a shirt. After a month or so, my wife asked if I would be willing to turn the heat up and go naked again. I was okay with that, so turning the heat up to something more conducive to being naked, I was soon back into the early morning and just before bed routine. About a week later she asked if I would be willing to for go clothes while at home. She explained that she really likes it when I am naked. Since I enjoy it and she expressed her desire to see it more, I have tried to be naked all the time, unless we go out. I get dressed for that.

    It's normal. We have been married for nine years. Before marriage I used to sleep naked and if nobody was at home, walking nude was normal for me. After marriage, my husband without saying anything, stayed fully nude. I didn't mind, rather liked it. After a few days he suggested me to stay naked at home. I was happy, so did it immediately. Now for the last nine years we are in natural dress as and when alone. On Friday evening, we throw our clothes and put on after three nights, on Monday morning. I would suggest every wife to stay nude all the possible time and enjoy pleasure of life. Modeve

    What is "normal?" I for one enjoy, and always have enjoyed the freedom of being completely naked. For much of my life (through two wives and seven children) I have sought for the opportunity to be in the buff as often as possible. It was not possible when we had kids at home...but, almost six years ago my wife and I became "empty nesters." From that day forward I became a home nudist.

    Within five minutes of arriving home every stitch of clothing I have on...comes off and I remain naked until it is time to leave the house.

    At first my wife didn't like it. She bought me loose boxers, asked me to wear my sarong or a robe, but I explained, I enjoy being naked and we have reached a happy medium. I remain naked, if someone is coming over, I put on pants and a shirt.

    For the record I am always clean down there and sit on a towel on the furniture :) It works for us.

    I'm still nervous about it as I know my wife will fondle me and let her friends do likewise as my friends have always fondled my wife when she is always naked in their presence.......This would be considered fair play by her and her friends .

    After my adult son left to live on his own I started living naked. My wife wondered what happened to me but soon realized I liked it.(It't much more comfortable.) She isn't real thrilled with my nudity so I do it mainly when she's working during the day. I also do it in the morning when she's home but then get dressed mid morning.

      Well its been about a year now and so I am more used to it. Still seems odd, but I love him and if he wants to be nude so be it. I have tried it a couple of times, but its just not me. I guess your wife will get used to it also. Maybe its just a guy thing. Good luck and stay away from the windows!

      I can't speak to the fondling, its never happened in our situation.

      I can say that a couple of my friends have come over and he has remained nude, but only after they were told he was a nudist and they said it was fine with them for him to remain nude. He has never had an erection in front of them either, he says that his nudity is not sexual just that he is more comfortable naked than dress. At this point he pretty much is naked at home all the time, so it is normal to me now.

          For fun such activities are memorable. Me and husband are always naked at home. Once we were as usual when my girl cousin came unannounced, as she had recently shifted nearby.       Well its normal for a guy to get erect during your normal day so if you get an erection just carry on as normal its not always sexual even though your hard.
      If I get hard at home even if my daughters are there its no big deal they all know if your healthy then its normal for guys.
      My advice try it and see if your comfortable

    My wife thinks that since she's always naked even in the presence of my friends that I sold also be naked when her friends drop over......I'm not too sure about that though.....Hmmmmmm!!!!
