Are you a smoker? That can do bad things to your circulation (as well as all the other bad things it does to the rest of your body)

As many of the other posts indicate - there are a variety of possible reasons (or combinations).

It's best to ask your Dr. to check you out and verify the reason. Some of the possible reasons will lead to worse health conditions and are easily reversible or treatable.

Poor circulation. Make sure you are walking alot. Maybe get a treadmill or a stationary bike. You can watch tv while you do it.

Poor circulation. Are your feet cold too? Could be arthritis.

Yes, I have a lot of arthritis in thumbs, but I didn't know that would make your fingers cold.

Cold hands, fingers and feet might be due to lack of iron, low blood pressure or lacking in body fat. Try practicing finger exercises as well as generally exercising. Maybe eat more healthy fats and vegetables. This phenomenon is more common among skinny people or those with small hands.
