Is it normal to have dream like this

I often have dreams where i get chased by this witch, she has really long hands and is very ugly. I try to run away from her but i cant move in my dreams, i try to run but its like im stuck or i am really heavy and my legs give up. She eventually catches me and locks me up in her house. I remember being tied to a chair and she started torturing me, it wasnt really painful but it was really scary. I get this dream like twice a week and its fucked up because its always the same. And im not aware that its a dream until i wake up. When i wake up in the middle of the night i have hallucinations for about 30 seconds.
