Is it normal to have omorashi?

Ever since I was young I would play with stuffed animals and pretend they were using the bathroom because it "felt good". Then I grew up and would do this with barbies with my friends. Recently whenever I become obsessed with some celebrity I always look up their name with "bathroom" or "pee" after it. Now I'm a teenager and the other day I was playing Sims and my sim had to pee and I felt kind of good down there, although I don't think I have ever been completely turned on. I looked it up and the closest thing to this is "Omorashi". I am not into watching people pee or anything but the desperation is kind of a turn on. IIN?
