Is it normal to have so many violent dreams? i am killing people, hurting them

some are just random people i don't know, other times its people i do know and some are close to me.

one night i dreamed my step dad insulted my intelligence, so i poked his eyes out with a pen, then i had a dream the next night about a black dog attacking me, after it bit me i was tired of trying to get away so when it came back towards me i killed it, broke its legs, and snapped its neck. and went to the owner to show him what happens when a dog attacks me.

last night was nothing but violence, people i knew, and didn't know,

one my friends were being cruel to me so i took a glass bottle and smashed it on her head, she was bleeding really bad. took her to the hospital and i confessed i was the reason why. and one dream my mother acted very cruel as well and as she stormed off i took a metal fold up chair and hit her in her face for pissing me off.

i was hurting people too much last night, i remember in the dream after all the violence i was troubled, sad. i felt like i didn't deserve forgiveness and that it was too late to go back. i wanted to die because i felt disgraced with myself.

why am i such a violent monster in my dreams? is it because in my waking like people can piss me off and i find happiness in destruction? lets hope no one sets bombs in most stores on the black friday holidays, its one way to get tons of stupid people gone. people breed so much anyways, by now just like rabbits.

all i know is, this isn't healthy, nor is the pleasure in chaos.

Quite normal. We all have violence in our dreams...and we all have violent thoughts sometimes. What makes it normal is that you realise it's violent and don't do it! It's just a thought - and they can be pretty weird sometimes, our thoughts.

POSSIBLE CAUSES: Beta-blockers, heart conditions, migraine or sleep deprivation.

If people in this Web Site did extensive research before posting inane questions that would severely improve the quality of it's content. Seriously, you expect to find a sleep therapist in here? Even so, stop being so lazy and research.
