Is it normal to have stomach pains when taking dumps?

Sometimes I get pretty severe stomach pains before and while taking dumps, I tell my parents and even the doctor but they all either think I'm faking or exaggerating or that I'm too young to have problems in my body. Nobody thinks I'm being serious.
