Is it normal to have this head shake thing

I've noticed in the past year, that whenever I'm really nervous and in an interview (or something like that setting)and i have to fill out paper work instead of like my hands shaking... My head shakes as if I have Parkinson's or something. I try so hard not to do it but I think it makes it worse. I'm sure people can see it, because I definitely feel it. But what is it? Does anyone else have it too?

Its hard for me to describe the exact setup but I had an interview today and noticed it again. It only happens when I'm super nervous in a setting like that...

Shaky is a really common effect of anxiety which is very normal, and there are methods to deal with shakes (a simple google search will do for that). However it is also possible that this could be some sort of medical condition, so it may be advisable to ask your doctor about it when you get the chance.
