Is it normal to impulsively get up and walk around randomely?

Ok i worded that really weirdly but i have this weird thing where i impulsively get up and walk around my house for no reason? If im upstairs ill just walk down to the kitchen turn around and walk back and i usually dont even realize im doing it until after im back. Its usually when im just watching tv or something and thinking to myself. Im also walking very fast and am usually very tense??

    I'm almost the same except I'm not tense and mine is more of a feeling that I need to move around. I just can't sit around for long periods. I blame my job. I'm standing up for like 90% of my shift.
