I honestly wish it were legal to hunt predators for sport. People hunt wild animals that are minding there own business, so I certainly wouldn't mind if they started hunting sex offenders instead.
Its just dark humor and its very common and not a big deal.
You can joke about anything as long as you're not a dick about it if someone gets hurt or very bothered by it because then you're just a jerk.
