I always feel like my nose is being blocked. When others close their nose because of the stinky smell, I will always be the last one to do that. I will take maybe a few sec before I can really smell it. And also..I cant catch my breath... even when am in the garden in the afternoon...IIN?
Gluten allergies affect your digestion, not your nose, unless you eat with it and gluten allergy is far less common than most people make out.
Even if gluten INTOLERANT, not allergic, giving up bread wouldn't necessarily help unless all other foods containing gluten were also given up
No shit? I only said bread because it's the most common wheat gluten product there is. If the OP wanted to take my advice, then it's on him/her to do further investigation and find that stuff like beer, pizza, pasta, etc also contains it.

It irritates and inflames things located in your nose; resulting in one of two things: making your nose stuffy or clogged up, or, making your nose runny. Those two things leads to further sideaffects like migraines. And those sideaffects lead to different sideaffects. And those lead to even more sideaffects. NONE of which, just so by the way, lead to a 60-odd year old dying woman on a powertrip trying to argue with strangers online, because she hates herself. Strangers who try to peacefully help other strangers.

Yes my nose is always somewhat blocked, i can never breathe clearly through it or smell things as strongly as others. I've just never been to the doctors about it because it doesn't bother me that much, there's probably an easy treatment.
