So we have been best friends since we were five.I am the manager and we worked together until the other day . She forgot to shut the door to my office and so I screamed at her because I didn't feel good.She half asses her way through work. So she says something sarcastic.And I ended up blowing up at her and bringing up all the things she has done to annoy me lately.Meanwhile she gets all the more sarcastic and keeps saying I don't care, you always have an excuse why you are always pissed off. She would not stop talking about how she is dressing as a cow for free sandwich day at chick filet which is retarded.

So I called her a fucking shitty ass bitch and threaten to fire her, and told her she is uninvited from our thing at six flags. She left a note saying whatever.You will probably cancel because you would rather watch tv all day and why would I wanna hang with someone who thinks I am a stupid shitty ass bitch? She left a note saying she quit and she was crying. She apologize to everyone for the blowup at work and left and will not return my calls.

    You act like a total dick to her. No wonder why she won't return your calls.

    If you want to tell an employee they're doing their job poorly, don't be a retard and yell. Just calmly inform them like a civilized human being.

    This isn't her fault, this is yours.
