Is it normal to lose weight by just walking slow pace for three hours a day?

I have this weight loss app on my phone. On it, I marked myself as sedentary because I have horrible pain in my body so can't work out yet.

Anyway, I have just been dieting without exercise and based on that calculator on the weight loss app, it says for my height/weight, that I would have been X weight now and lose X each week. But I am actually 4 pounds smaller now than the app claimed as well as all the calculators online. But if I put "lightly active(exercise 4 times a week for 30 mins)", which I'm not, it shows my exact weight right now. Is this because I'm on my feet for three hours walking slow pace at my job? I didn't think that was lightly active..It's not like I am doing aerobics....

is it normal to lose weight this way or is my body alien?

Those apps and websites only provide estimates based in a limited amount of information. They can be helpful, in that they'll give you a rough idea of your caloric intake, but they don't take all of the possible factors into account...like muscle mass, medications, metabolic rate, etc. etc. It is possible that you might be burning more calories than you thought; even standing burns more calories than sitting, but then again, it could be something else.
